Based on the dynamic benchmark of energy efficiency evaluation method, carries out a comprehensive energy saving evaluation by weighting calculation on the distribution data adopted in GB 50189-2015 Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings. The results show that the overall energy consumption of typical public building model decreases 21.6% by the energy efficiency increase of building enevelope, heating and air conditioning and lighting equiptments. Meanwhile, considering the application of renewable energy, water supply and drainage system, electrical system as well as the new free cooling tower and other energy saving measures in GB 50189-2015, the overall energy consumption of national public buildings decreases about 30%, which provides the basic data for the long-term sustainable development of China’s building energy-saving program.
